Easy-Peasy White Bean Dip
“When I dip you dip we dip.” – Freak Nasty
Now picture me, grooving along to this song, chip in hand, diving its way into white bean dip. Then putting it in reverse and grooving it back to my mouth. It’s called the dip dance — we all have one.
We all might not remember the artist Freak Nasty (The song was released 20 YEARS AGO) but after you try this dip, you’ll remember it because it’s freakin’ tasty.
Freakin’ tasty and freakin’ healthy. The white beans are packed with both protein and fibre, while we all can use some healthy fats in our life aka olive oil. Use this “dip” as a spread in sandwiches or wraps, cut up whatever vegetables you have on hand or go the classic route and serve it with pita chips. I like to keep a container of this dip pre-made in the fridge for days when I need a snack that isn’t going to leave me hungry again in an hour.
How do you dip?
