How to Make Fresh Juice at Home: Peach Cucumber Mint and Watermelon Mint

How to Make Fresh Juice at Home: Peach Cucumber Mint and Watermelon Mint

There’s no way I’m running out of juice!

I’ve got too many ideas of fabulous concoctions to make, and since it’s summer, all the fresh produce to do it with! Unless you’re a make your own juice expert already, head back to Monday’s post for a lesson on how I use a blender, fine mesh strainer and cheesecloth to easily make fresh juices at home.

These next two juice recipes require a bit of prep, but I promise you they’re worth it. I recommend starting both recipes the night before so you have all your ingredients ready to go in the morning. Best of all, NONE of these juices have added sugar! Make the mint tea first then, while it’s reaching a boil, start the cucumber water. In the morning, grab your peaches and watermelon and you’re off on a juicing adventure!

How fun would these juices be at a lunch or dinner with friends? I added sparkling water so they have a bit of a bubble. I wouldn’t say a peep if you happened to add a little booze to make them adult-friendly either ;-)

PS – Each juice recipe makes 1 ¾ cups of fresh juice (A tall drinking glass). Adjust your ingredients as necessary to make sure you have enough for all your guests!
